SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING IN COSTA RICA.

Shipments by Correos de Costa Rica.

Shipping every day by Correos de Costa Rica. These shipments are made daily by Correos de Costa Rica. The order must be placed before 1:30 pm each day for the order to go the same day. If not, your package will be sent by this means until the next day.

-If the shipment is within the Gran Área Metropolitana it takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

-If the shipment is outside the Gran Área Metropolitana, it takes approximately 4 to 5 business days to arrive.

 

Shipments with Overseas Logistics Operations (OLO)

Deliveries Tuesday and Wednesday at the Gran Área Metropolitana (GAM). The order must be made before every Sunday at 4 pm, so that it can be delivered Tuesday and Wednesday at the GAM.

The courier will contact you when you are nearby to deliver your package.

 

Cantons of the GAM:

San José: San José, Escazú, Desamparados, Aserrí, Mora, Goicoechea, Santa Ana, Alajuelita, Vázquez de Coronado, Tibás, Moravia, Montes de Oca, Curridabat.

Alajuela: Alajuela.

Cartago: Cartago, Paraíso, La Unión, Oreamuno, Alvarado, El Guarco.

Heredia: Heredia, Barva, Santo Domingo, Santa Bárbara, San Rafael, San Isidro, Belén, Flores, San Pablo.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE COSTA RICA

International shipments are made by DHL EXPRESS

These shipments are made on Monday of each week. The time it takes for the package to arrive depends on the policies of each country.
